Full time HE Student and ESA

Hi,

I'm having some issues with the DWP and was hoping someone might be able to help me.

If you're a full time student (e.g. in HE) and recieve DLA and have applied for (IR) ESA then you automatically have limited capacity for work (LCW) See previous thread URL]https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/55095393#Comment_55095393[/URL

As with the above:

1. Do I need to provide a fit note and attend the medical assessment to determine if I have LCW or not?

2. Do I still need to fill in the ESA50?

Thanks for any advice :A
