Just an urgent reminder to everyone with this bond that you have to make a deposit this month to qualify for the 5.01% rate.

From the terms and conditions.

6. To qualify for the Bond Rate as shown in the summary box above, you must make and we must receive all of the monthly Required Investments between the date of your Bond opening and the 29th November 2012 ('Maturity'), including a Required Investment in November 2012.

7. If the required Investment is not received, the Account rate for your bond will be the Reversion Rate which will be the Account for our Instant Access Account or its nearest equivalent then available.

So for anyone who opened theirs in November 2011, you will need to make a 13th payment to qualify for the 5.01% rate.

I opened it last year and but realised in March that I'd forgotten to fund it!:(

So I've got £300 earning 0.1% for the year. :mad:
