It was the fact it changed from out for delivery to delivered at 9am!!! Tracking showed out for delivery all day up to 6pm and at 6pm changed to delivered at 9am!! So its not a case of not delivered on time or waiting another day etc-- they are insisting they have delivered- but if they did it wasnt to me!!

I would not be at all surprised if they show up tomorrow morning. Of course if they do, you'll send them right back won't you?

I have been fortunate that I have only had one parcel mishap with yodel. I ordered a printe from PC world and was tracking it online when I saw that a 'failed delivery, card left' entry had been put on the system. Err, I don;t think so as no card left and no one showed up on the security camera recording at the front door either, unless it was Will o' the wisp. Parcel was delivered the following day. I found out later that there isn't an option for the driver to record if run out of driving hours and unable to deliver, so the failed attempt ruse is used. Not always the driver's fault but delivery to wrong address is.
