I think Ive heard some yodel drivers mark things as delivered at the end of their shift so their jobs for the day are all marked as finished but then go on to deliver them the next working day... they may come on Monday.....I think i would have tried to contact Yodel and given them my postcode or something to see if they could tell me where they'd supposedly delivered to.....

Yodel left a missed parcel card saying they were in the playhouse in the back yard! Not very impressed by that, but at least I didnt have to mess about re arranging delivery

what do they do for missing items?... 2 of mine still not arrived despite saying delivered on the tracking.. do they replace or refund?.. never had something not turn up before on amazon..

We found out recently that if a parcel is being delivered by HDNL to allow an extra day after the scheduled "out for delivery" as they are handled by self employed couriers

Oh believe me I did try to contact Yodel!! My local Yodel office have "lost" so many parcels over the years its untrue!! Amazon contacted them too- and they insist the parcels were delivered at 9am and to me- they werent - I was in all day- checked with my neighbours and nothing delivered to them either- so where did they deliver too? or did the driver just keep them? or bin them? I dont know I just know I didnt get them!!

i havent never had any trouble as i have been in most days they have called and taken receipt. I do hope my parcels expected next wee all arrive i dont want to have a refund as then would lose out on the good black friday price

I am very lucky. I live 10 miles from the Amazon warehouse and my parcels are always delivered by UPS first thing in the morning. None of this Yodel shower round here, heard nothing but bad reports!
