Really annoyed about this - my Disney choo choo toy, Trunki and LAMB perfume have been delivered, but sent to an address a few roads away (that has a similar name to ours). This happens with orders from different companies every so often and the guy who lives there gets very rude and angry with us. Several different delivery companies do this and I have complained to Amazon before (as it has happened with their orders amongst others) but there seems to be nothing more I can do.

Really annoying when the homeowner turns up on our doorstep and gives us a mouthful. He's now refused to pass any of them on to us so I had to trek to his house in the rain earlier and lug back a huge parcel (which was the choo choo and trunki so not light or easy to carry!) :(:(

How frustrating for you. Blooming couriers . Why does the homeowner get in a mood with you its hardly your fault. If he doesn't like it why doesn't he tell the courier they have the wrong address and point them in right direction. If he doesn't want to take it in for you. I think sometimes people just enjoy giving others grief. Sending him cyber slaps.
