They weren't keen to sort out a problem we had when a parcel went missing,first the tracking said they had left a card saying nobody home which was a lie.

Then I asked the Yodel driver the next day when he brought something else about the card and he said Yodel tell them to say delivery was attempted when they are too busy to deliver!

I ended up having words with the driver regarding this & he basically said tough,if it doesn't arrive Amazon will refund you so you haven't lost anything!

I had lost something as the item was oos so couldn't get it again.

Amazon then told us the parcel was on it's way to us as it had been loaded onto the wrong van,then it disappeared completely with no trace.

Amazon weren't really bothered tbh.

DPD do my head in - I've stopped shopping with some companies because they use them. I got an email from Amazon saying one of my BF deals was being delivered by them, then an estimated time of delivery today. I knew I had to be out then so I replied asking it to be delivered to a neighbour.

So I'm on my way out when an Interlink van pulls up with two parcels for me. I remarked that I was waiting for DPD and the guy insisted that he was from Interlink yada yada.

So when I get back home, there's no card through the door from DPD so I check with my neighbour (who's grief stricken as his MIL died this morning:() and there's no parcel for me.

I email DPD asking if they can tell me where the parcel was left and then remember I can track the parcel online. So I click on the link in the first email and it tells me that I signed for the parcel! At precisely the same time as I signed for the parcel from Interlink.

Uh huh!

Not doing too bad after a quiet start. Lets see what tomorrow brings

Oh dear.

I had a look at the 'deals' this morning before I left for Uni and nothing much but the Dr Who DVD's for me today.... which I have now ordered.
