If you want to see more at a time, make sure your browser is maximised. Then click on ctrl and - (minus key) at the same time - this will make the whole browser display smaller and more offers should display at a time.
This will make your Add to Basket button smaller though. You can make the display bigger again using ctrl and plus.
Having a big screen helps. I use Chrome and have 6 items showing at a time.I am struggling to see most of this as anything more than an electronic jumble sale so far. Yet people seem to be getting really excited, maybe I'm not looking at the right page. I click on Black Friday, then see a line of stuff with a countdown...surely that isn't it?
And, whilst I am on a bit of a role. Why are selfish people clicking things that they don't want? Maybe, and again I could simply be missing this, maybe the point is to see who can be quickest with the click, then amass a load of stuff to look at at the end of the day? To then decide that you didn't really want it anyway....
How come there is such a gap between 6pm and 7pm....maybe I really am missing something? Help...
People have clicked through the upcoming sales and made a mental note of what they're interested in. They click to buy as soon as the icon appears because if you wait a moment or so to think about the price, things go 100% claimed.
By clicking you get 15 mins to think about the price and then delete it from your basket if you don't want it. At which point it is offered to the wait list.
As already pointed out, if you don't check out after 15 mins, you lose the item. Fair system in my opinion.
At the end of the day, Amazon only cares about making a sale. They don't give a stuff if the buyer actually needs the item or not.0 -
How can anyone fail to be excited by a rolling cat toilet?0

I've clicked on things I wouldn't mind having.. but as you cant see the price, then decide when its revealed if I want to buy.. that 15 mins of humming and haa'ing sure goes fast on those i'm thinking, I want but do I really need it?0 -
Hrrm. Clicked on the goose fat, but it's £1.99 in Ocado, so unless you want three tins this is not a bargain. River Cottage book looks like a deal though... now who on my list needs that?Make £2023 in 2023: (all decluttering), current total £2860 me, £330 for friends & family, £468 charity donations.0

Even the 4/5-star reviews point out that the handles melt after even a short time in contact with heat. I guess the idea is that you don't leave them in the pan but that would never suit me.
Probably best I didn't get them then. I live with a chef who ruins all my utensils, I have to buy a new set every month or so! I was planning on hiding these ones from him!0
