Burst main, moling, anyone used these people?

Hi,
Our old lead water main has burst AGAIN, so it is really looking like we need to replace. Its probably at least 10m from the stopcock to the street, and under concrete.
Searching the forum suggests moling as an alternative to digging a trench, is it practical in this situation (considering pipe is already burst?)
and has anyone had anything to do with water pipe repair services, who cover essex? Or any personal recommendations for north essex? I can't find those people on anglian water website, although they show their crest on their website. the underground contractors Anglian water advised don't answer their phone!
thanks in advance for any help.

I don't think moling is what you want, this technique is to install the pipe below a mole plough which is fine in a field or verge but not below concrete as the mole has to penetrate the ground .http://www.hoopermachinery.co.nz/products/subsoilers/index.html What you are possibly thinking of is thrust boring where a pipe or sleeve is jacked below a hard srface between two access excavations . Probably be too costly in your instance and I would suggest digging through the concrete would be most cost effective. A contractor with the right gear would make short work of it.You scullion! Thank you, I obviously got the wrong end of the stick with it!
Anyone got ideas re costings? Its about 10-15m, pipe buried about 60-80cm, gas main seems to come up around area our internal stopcock is.
And will any interior flooring need to come up? We had new wooden floors fitted last year0
