  • And the MDF said to the Pine.......I'm bored and yo aint getting a status mortgage. Happy days.
yep thats right but keep in mind I've already got one at 0.84pc better than most out there. and before you reply what goes down must go up or summin base rate will have to increase month on month by .5 pc for something like 14 months before I hit the rate i switched from in 08. by then i won't have a mortgage to repay.x
  • Overjoyed, port then?.......what did you declare to HMRC via SA302's for april 2010, april 2011 and april 2012. Failure to answer this question, including 2012 as there is no reason anyone self emp shouldnt have these done if they want to borrow money, proves you are making your income work for you and lenders dislike this, of which I agree.

    Paulo, the cianti please.

This is really, really getting tedious now. But in kind of a 'pet hate' way. I can't help picking the scab by reading the pointless updates from the OP.

I'm addicted to the outcome of this mortgage app which will never be offered at the requested amount.

Ok ok hahahaha, very funny if i recall then I think my rate pre base rate dive was around 7.± pc as i had come of fixed rate earlier in the year onto lender SVR and I switched to the 0.84pc tracker I've got today. I was advised if i could afford it to stay on SVR for awhile which I did. I could have taken out the .74 product and payed a fee for that but I opted for the 0.84pc which cost me nothing. You all can do the math, and its not a sub prime lender luv.

The up shot of all this is we will all have to wait and see what happens don't worry I will post back the results as they come in, either from the ICO FOS and the Independent Assessor OBE.

yes I agree that this has become tedious and its clear that all the intelligent brains (joke gent's I Joke) realised a while ago they will like me have to wait until I repost, If I don't you'll know Ive become a millionaire and living in the sun somewhere. Thank you Elivis has left the building.ttfn X>
  • Again you fail to answer the income question. You would need declared income circa £20k I think.

ICO will laugh in your face if my gut feeling is what it is.

How does that work when i was trying to reduce existing borrowing. please explain. thank you

    Has no impact.

My reference to NH was in relation to your original application. As envitably in these cases all the dirty washing comes out. Which often results in unintended consequences.
