Second hand bed and buy a new mattress?

I presume the best place is a small company that do carry their own stock.

Well we are all thinking along the same lines today

I do know there are at least two bed shops in Edinburgh that are privately owned but its a long way to travel for a bed

Ok, I might be ready to give up now.

Only a couple of small (v. small) independants nearby but they don't have anything other than the most basic bed which is no good.

Mattresses are just the same.....have to be ordered, no-one keeps stock of anything other than first entry level basic mattress.

You'd have thought I was asking for gold dust!

E/lass can you pm the shop names please? Ta. I might phone them to see what they have, if anything.
