Host with web templates

Hi,
I have been asked to set up a website for a local group with a web hosting company that offers web templates.
They want the admin staff to be able to update the website with few computer skills. They used to use streamline.net who offer web templates but their support was awful, too much downtime and hiked prices up by a huge amount.
They have bought their domain already with another company so will have to point website at that domain name.
Any recommendations?

Build the website on a content management system. There plenty of them available including many open source systems like Joomla and Drupal."Some folks are wise and some are otherwise." - Tobias Smollett0

Or for simplier use Wordpress is fine.... most webhosts have all of the above and more with one click installation and you will find thousands of free and low priced templates for all the opensource CMSs0
