If MM isn't around, would like to nominate rf because I think she is an absolute gem and I am astounded by her patience and goodwill in keeping this thread afloat.

Whether you start the new thread or not, kudos to you rf and thank you :)

I think you too would be another good candidate RN...A credit to the thread!:T

Disingenuity and duplicity are cool words that describe something not so lovely :(

You are, of course, firmly at the top of my list of people not to be trusted. I am aware that in this and in previous threads there have been many offers to pm or send stuff in the post with you asking for peeps details. Ever since I became aware some months ago of your actions I have been concerned about the exchanges and am very very very sorry that I have not spoken out until now. I thought, hoped, it had ended but I see you are intent on continuing. Fair enough, this is indeed an open forum for all to use unless barred. But I am sure that there are some people who are not aware of the full extent of your actiities and who may have indeed sent you their address - so you may be joking but it isn't really funny is it?

At least those who can't be named nailed their colours to the mast - there is a kind of respect attached to that.

That said, humour is not totally lost in the written word because several of your posts in the last couple of days have made me literally lol - class act :D

funny - because, in all seriousness, i could have written this myself. (you haven't been reading my mind have you) ;)

My washing machine finally gave up on me this morning :(

I need to buy a new one preferably today. I'm after the famous Beko WMB71442W washing machine. The cheapest I could find is AppliancesOnline with installation and collection of the old machine for £260.

Is anyone able to find a cheaper deal please?? :)
I left my old one at the edge of garden and within 24 hours had a knock at the door from a scrap man to take it away saved £10

I just found the same machine for £229 plus an extra £9.99 each for disposal of old item, and connection of new one so total £248.98

Might be the £10 next day delivery that bumps it up but when I was looking the one I was going to buy until I realised it was too deep actually went up £30 overnight and somebody mentioned their prices do fluctuate
