Same here in Surrey. Took dog for a walk tonight and still there's fireworks going off. Dog goes frantic and it's a waste of time taking him out. Well I still take him out but I daren't let him off the lead. Dunno if Diwali's still on- thought that would have finished by now. So don't know what it is!

Just in a while ago after filling car.
Used 5 vouchers and filled car and cans.
Saved £33 :beer: so well pleased.

Unless its load of brats playing with them in the street then you are right however maybe those letting them off are having a party and letting off a few fireworks as a bit of fun?
