It is all branded items in the basket so check out any sains specials as a separate transaction and decide in advance which other supermarket you are aiming for a comparison against ad shop accordingly.

I messed this one up, I was thinking 2 x cathedral with 12 muller = £5 pp but did x 2 in one shop so it picked up one of the cheese for free, doh!

Oh well, the nice sa let me use 3 £5 off £40 so all was not lost. The till gave me 3 petrol coupons.

It seems to have worked out the mullers right?

Tesco have no right to ask to keep your receipt. It is your proof of purchase, which you will need if you require a refund or exchange at a later date for any of the items you bought from ASDA. ASDA themselves always give your receipt back to you if you want it back. This sounds to me like an individual making their own rules up.
