I know why I put weight on, I love eating and hate exercising. Not sure I have ever wanted to pay a fiver a week for someone to tell me I'm still fat !

It just says it helps eliminate spots and blackheads with a fresh clean feel.
Isnt that what all face washes do?
I dont really suffer with spots either but love this stuff, it is so fresh and smells lush too, does`nt dry skin out either.

It totally is individual, I'm an emotional eater. I have lost weight before because I really wanted to but first sign of stress I eat. And it is nice accomplishing a goal each week. Recent photos from a birthday party are starting to motivate me they were awful

But for an mser it just spurs you on even more paying a fiver because when you get to your target weight its free;):rotfl::rotfl:

Might be good as a back scrub- no waitys here so don't matter:)
