Sorry I didn't get back on to post yesterday but the S&G was still not working last night so I think it's definately over this time. I had a horrible night with DD:(:(
Took Gran to A's yesterday I picked up lindt and MT and she said can I play:D So I put some in her trolley and she then said what can I buy because you shouted at me last time:rotfl: As she can't miss a bargain we ended up doing 4 shops:eek: My head was spinning:D PGtips 240 Tea bags were £3 and 1kg Lurpack spreadable £3 bargains I thought:)

When the petrol light comes on in my car I panic and go straight to fill it up. Dad laughs and tells me that I've enough to get to Blackpool.

Squigs I'm so pleased Homer is moving in with you. Hugs to all who need them.
Hope everyone has a fab day.

My wife hates if I start the engine and she sees the petrol light come straight on. She says "how long has it done that". "couple of days" I always say truthfully

I only put in £5/£10 at a time now because you never know when a petrol promo will come along. ;)

She said if we ever go on Mr and Mrs I should know that this is her pet hate of me :rotfl:

This will annoy you even more it annoys me i work in school kitchen on school dinners and unless its altered the dinners have to cost 50p each to make :(

If our cook goes over on her costings she gets told off

All the food used now is Organic which is dearest but its better than the carp used before.

Will find out exact price per meal on Monday.

Is it £3 pounds per day now per childs meal ?

Got to go now across to mums :)

Its a cafeteria system at their school and I have to say the dinners are lovely, I have had quite a few, their steak pie rivals any restaurant, it is lovely. All the catering is in house, I dont know how they produce the quality they do for the money. I dont actually begrudge them having the dinners, its just the fact that I spend less for the whole week. Having said that if it wasnt for being on here I would be spending a lot more than what the dinner money costs :D
If it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:
  • Hello, If you are planning an andrex shop today please check the ASDA:com website before you buy as the price for two of the three kinds of 9 rolls in the petrol coupon offer is now 4.00 in A which will reduce your pp. So far aloe vera rolls are still 3.00 on A.com, but they are 4.00 on msm, so could change at any time. ( Tescos uses Asda.com for pp checks. ) Still probably worth buying to me, but may depend on the size of your petrol tank!

If only, they are almost 16 and 18 so sandwiches is not the 'done thing'. They both did at primary school and occasionally in the summer DS2 will so he can play footy on the school field for longer. Bless him though, last year I gave him his dinner money and he said I dont need any this week mum, asked him how much he had on his dinner account and he said over £60:eek:. He only has £15 a week and was managing to save money. Taught him well.;)
I have twins 17 and 15 yr old and they all take sandwiches, two are fussy eaters anyway.
They have never asked to have school dinners and have a home made meal in the evening. Sometimes I wish the fussy eaters would have meals at school, to save me or DH having to cook 2 or 3 different meals!!
We enjoy sitting together around the dining table, discussing our day etc...then it's off to their rooms on computers/consoles until then are hungry and come back down for supper.

When the twins go to uni, my food bill will drop dramatically, as well as the electricity;)

Not really had time to catch up after a horrendous work week.

I haven't been to Sada since last I don't know when but got 4 Gta last night.
Oh n I looking forward to lie in this morn as his boys having sleepover with friends but got call at 11pm could we pick them up at 8am. Never mind.

Think I'm going to wrap some chocs to stop them being eaten. No triggers left in my Sada so can't replace any.

Squigs welcome to Homer. Looking forward to hearing how he settles in!
And commiserations to SnP n 4p - dreading the day when my 2 aged friends go.

    Happy weekend!!

Apparently the apg can't divide £4 by 12! Lol! It totals £4.02 instead :rotfl:
You know my brain must be misprogrammed too, cause I still can't get that 12 x müllers receipt to add up to anything other than 4.00!
