I don't know about you but I'm running out of ideas for stuff to buy

    Good evening everyone,

Me also worry-wart. Just filled up car, and will need another full fill before the latest date on vouchers run out, so will do more shops to get the 5 vouchers needed, on Tuesday.

Seriously do not need any more APG's or PP's after this, straight forward glitches would suit me, and no doubt others too, far better!

Squigs, delighted to read Homer is going to be with his brothers, hope they will all settle down well together.

LaLa, if I was correct with my skim reading, think it's soon you're off to see your DS? If so, hope you really enjoyo the time being together again. You'll see how much he's changed/matured, in that short time.

have a very good day tomorrow everyone.

  • Kiddos games for xmas etc. OH and kids like things like sushi and cashew nuts. They soak up the fivers:rotfl::rotfl:

I was thinking tonight that Tosco could actually cut the size of the store by half for me. There are so many aisles whch I don't even go into because of stashes. It used to be only the petfood aisle that I didn't visit.....no pet.

Xmas is pretty much sorted for me though I could do with some Xmas cards and now Clintons has gone I may as well get 'em [STRIKE]cheap[/STRIKE] free in Ts :rotfl:

As for OH, after he messed up a simple glitch check this evening (there's a hukd on about extra discount on Andrex but OH checked the Bangor side of Belfast and only found the bog rolls in knag and glitch didn't work before you get your sneakers on!). He bought the Andrex in with other shopping and lost out on the PP. If he has money to burn not listening to me then he can buy his own goodies :D

10 packs of toilet roll > £30 after PPs > £21 off my petrol in my small but very empty petrol tank. I reminded hubbie that we still have a stash of Weetabix from last time so he's quite happy with the investment I've made this time. :D

ETA the Weetabix mountain is getting smaller as we eat them every day.
  • Good evening all.
Hope you are all well. For me it's been a busy week at work so I am glad to be home with an ice cold beer in my hand :)

My OH is so afraid of making a mistake he pretty much leaves that bit of it to me. He will womble and price check forever but there are quite simply things he will never understand- a glazed look comes across his eyes when I try to explain. What he does know is that the old bank balance is healthier and there's plenty of drink in so he goes with whatever I say:D

My sister on the other hand needs one briefing only and will go and do two shops in a row before I have had a chance to test/try something. She had the andrex one done the other morning (weds) before 9am and texted to say that it was a goer. She completely gets the whole comparison thing- has a degree in maths and quick on uptake:D Can't tell you how many times she did tosco wine glitch which I did not bother with.

Hello, You can do a new APG check for each new lot of shopping you do as long as you buy more than 8 things that qualify. What you pay for it with is irrelevant to the APG system, so yes! Isn't is great using one APG to get more shopping to get another APG! I believe this is called 'rinsing and repeating' on here! And don't forget from Monday A are giving the 5.00 bonus vouchers too when you spend 40.00 and do an APG check, and Tescos accept these too. Love it!

I haven't done an APG check yet could you tell me the benefits and if I did one and there was a saving of shall we say £6 how would I get it! Is it sent through the post or an email to print out a voucher or if someone could direct me to a link for a full explanation. Thanks
