I'm not sure it saves your no-claims. By admitting liability (even "without prejudice" the insurer is accepting the claim.
I ended up in court once, after the insurers put up with the "I said", "she said" nonsense, I used my legal cover on the car insurance policy and went to court. Both sides had barristers for a very minor bump. Luckily justice was done and I won, otherwise it would have counted as a claim on my policy, even if we went 50/50 or knock-for-knock.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I had an accident in Tesco car park a couple of weeks back when I was reversing out of a space and someone came along and swiped the back of my car. He admitted to me that he didn't see me because he was looking at the space behind me that he was going for.
He clearly didn't tell his insurance company that, and as a result, mine today have gone and admitted liability without prejudice, without even looking at my statement or pictures.
The other driver failed to tell the truth to his insurance company, and has got away with it. There is nothing I can do.
I am so cross and upset by it. They weren't having any of it, even when I phoned then back just now. That's that and that's all there is to it
take it to the obusman think thats right person , im sure someone will correct me if it wong i dnt mind lol0 -

It's defo worth a try and a lot of us hold out a lot of hope :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: There are defo simple issues the tills/computers should have sorted years ago, but still haven't,
I won't be shopping till later in the day, maybe someone will have reported by then. Or perhaps if 4 bertolli's are brought, plus a couple of other items to make up the cost, see if 1 or 2 vouchers come out. Worth a try0 -

I agree, but on this, there's no payout to either party, hence, no claim. You just have to swallow what happened. the other party has to do the same.I had this even though my car was a write off.

Well, it's easy to see the thread is back on good terms today, there is waaaaay too much for me to catch up on, guess I'll just have to borrow Happys's skipping rope. Only problem is no-one has cleared out behind the sofa and I have to dig down below the old tins and take-away packs.
OMG, I'm about to be attacked by a mutant mouse, heeeelllllllllllllppppWhat is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
