liability without prejudice means your insurance company want to settle the claim without apportioning blame to you. i.e. they are settling but not not because they think you are in the wrong. Probably because its a minor accident and if the other company were to counter claim it would cost them (and you) more in the long run. they won't even have looked at the in and outs of it.

Im not sure about it affecting your insurance in the future or not sorry. I can see why you're  about this though

It's known as 'knock for knock' no one is to be outright blamed. Just the insurers way of saving money, and to save your no claims. Hth.

  • Why disappointed? Haven't got our copy yet...

It just looks like a slightly updated version of Counter Strike.

The graphics have taken a huge step backwards and the gameplay is pretty crap.

That's just my opinion, lots of others think it's great ( haven't spoken to anyone that thinks it is tho :D)

On the t&c's it states the following

Maximum of 5 individual qualifying deals or products can be purchased per customer per transaction.

    xx

Thank forestroxydog, thats a lot more informative than me :D

Quite often at T these are calculated on base price rather than offer price. Eg, the mullers are 12 for £4.00, so with a bit of luck, the promotion will "see" £7.20 rather than £4 when calculating the total, so coupon might be possible on a £4.80 spend. Hope this is the case, similarly with the cheese on 3 for 2 :) or eg Lake District on bogof

i have found the bertolli to be the best bet yet.006337.jpg

    £1.90 each on offer 2 for 1

    so till will see

    4x £1.90 = £7.60
    + 1pt milk . 49p = £8.09

    - £190
    - £ 190 = £4.29 plus there is a coupon on coupon thread for 50p off bertolli ;)
not sure how many it prints but if we are allowed 4 or more then we can have a petrol voucher for £2.29!!!

Bit confused... what's the third (trigger item)? (or have I got it completely wrong. I thought you needed 2 x MT, Cadburys etc and 1 other item plus fillers) - Cant get to Mr A until Thursday anyway but making notes :)

OK, i'll try to be a bit more helpful....
The 'other item' is the trigger item, is something in A's 3 for £10 offer but not on A's on msm. So won't show up on APG.

    Hope this makes sense.
  • Good evening everybody... Did a quick skim read to catch up on today's events and all I have to say is this....
