Further to my post earlier about liars prospering

I had an accident in Tesco car park a couple of weeks back when I was reversing out of a space and someone came along and swiped the back of my car. He admitted to me that he didn't see me because he was looking at the space behind me that he was going for.

He clearly didn't tell his insurance company that, and as a result, mine today have gone and admitted liability without prejudice, without even looking at my statement or pictures.

The other driver failed to tell the truth to his insurance company, and has got away with it. There is nothing I can do.

I am so cross and upset by it. They weren't having any of it, even when I phoned then back just now. That's that and that's all there is to it

Qoc I can understand how cross and upset you feel, injustice always rankles. Try not to waste too much emotional energy on this twerp, he just isn't worth it. Remember, what goes around comes around, and you are a nice person. xx :A At least you weren't hurt, and that's the main thing.
    Hope is not a strategy.

Hope he can live with himself :(

Don't be too down on this. If it is without prejudice does that mean it is not against you iyswim. It shouldn't affect your insurance. Still so frustrating
