    Evening All.....
Is it time for a beer yet?

Haven't read anything today, been round my folks and their Virgin Media has gone from drop dead slow to nothing over the last month...... I have been telling my Dad to phone them for a while, but we have been so busy with Mum he kept putting it off, till today coz it died completely. Anyway, engineer on phone said he could see a fault at their end and would send someone out later today, then said he would offer a refund due to the inconvenience..... Dad asked how much and guy said 4 days  But he wasn't shifting on his (not so) generous offer.

So that meant I haven't even been to look in today, have 32 pages to catch up on :o Will have to do a bit of skim reading me thinks, hope I don't miss too much out.

:T for those who have had good shops today, to anyone who (like me!) has been trouted today, and hugs to those that need them.... and is there anyone with a birthday today????? I bet there is, even if you are just a lurker :rotfl: So happy birthday to anyone celebrating.

Hi David, technology ... If a poster is reported, it is possible for a techie person to identify an IP addy. No to sure on the new mobiles. It's amazing what can actually be traced back to you.:)

I may not be 100% on this, so don't take my word for it, but I believe that even as an incognito poster the site can be required, by law, to reveal the identity of a poster if a crime is involved.

I may be misinforming here but I'm sure someone may confirm this or blow it out of the water:rotfl::rotfl:
