been speaking with sasds directorates office and they say all stores are stand alone when it comes to complaints and that they cant interfere and that as far as the apgs go (i keep on getting stopped every time with my £8 ones) stores can refuse to take your apgs and also refuse your buisness if they feel your shopping habbits dont suit them
been speaking with many today and they feel same as me that they make things up as they go along

in fact have had 4 offers to give them a list and they will desend on the horrible store im dealing with

Im not so sure its the stores issue. I have no problem using apgs. Its te other vouchers. They have been stoped due to abuse. I am also of the belief that one can draw too much attention to ones self. Sometimes its best to bite the bullet and tootle on incognito.
Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.

I know you are right! I try not to get caught up in all the silliness, but wow do some people cross the line!!

    Wow :T:T:T
    Well done!!

Any tips for a newbie starting tomorrow?

Have a glass of water before each meal, esp breakfast
Limit to 1 slice of bread per day
Don't sweeten anything you can tolerate without it
Don't eat high amount of carbs after 6pm, but don't omit altogether
Don't deny yourself a treat completely
Try not to use processed food - fresh is best
Most importantly, be aware of calorie content of everything - and count them
I found a site to log eveything you eat/drink and all exercise really helped...
    Good luck!
If I can do it, anyone can!
  • Nikkilala - I love quorn (been veggie for nearly 20 years), but the quorn lasagnas are horrible, I have to agree! Linda McCartney ones are much nicer. :)

Blue ones are next to it, sorry didn't look at what flavours they were.

I'm in the SW London/Surrey borders. Will look around for them. As you said later there was an aisle of US foods do I suspect this is a certain Mr Ts near an abandoned car racetrack. ;)
