Which Thorntons were these? Ive seen Blue square ones that have been put in the 3 for £10 offer or are they different to these?

They are the red xmas selection. Red outside of box, see through front section. Not many chocs in it but they look very fancy/christmassy.

Morning all and morning to the rest of the NI girls :D

Thanks for the new thread fudge cake...love the title :T

Imsohappy or sharon-p have either of you tried the new self scanners in C'avon yet? They had a pic advertising them in the L.Mail today.

Really wanted to get out to get some of the b1g2f selection boxes today but I have to wait in on parcelforce delivering my latest comp win...a Mulberry Bayswater bag. VERY excited, though was supposed to be here by 9am and no sign as yet :(

Tried them when I was there last night, hardest part was getting the flaming thing off the wall:o. DD (16) thought it was great and kept disappearing with the flamin scanner to see if she could find any bargains...I only went in to get stuff for dinner!! There is a team there to explain how it works and one at the tills to help if needed. They will do a check the first time you use it and spot checks at anytime at the tills x

Thank you Ruxpin it finally arrived :D and yes...it included the receipt from Mulberry and it was £795 :eek::eek:
It's a gorgeous bag but I have no idea how anyone would pay that amount for a handbag.

Well done - what an absolutely fantastic thing to win! :T

I've got an ancient black one I've had for years (and no I didn't pay for it - nor did I steal it lol) but the brown one is gorgeous. Now that's the kind of thing I'd like to win instead of SK biscuits :rotfl:

Hey everyone, not been around for a while but caught up on new thread this morning. Big hugs to Logie and Tigerwhite xxx

Spiralling Down think it's great that you are doing boxes for soldiers:T My OH says anything that makes rations or bascis they get like rice taste better is good. I used to send him those prepacked sausages is it Mathesons?? And spices and herbs. With regard to socks they have to wear issued ones when they are on duty or they won't be covered if they get sore feet so prob just sport socks for when they are at camp.

Shelly Bee well done on your win!!! Mulberry Bayswater's are about £795 now!! I've had one for years and got staff discount, such a classic I love it:D

Thank to you and fairclaire, my brother in law told me sports socks too as well as the list that DS got from school but just wasn't sure which ones they were :o I have got curry powder to put in too as that was on the list but they also have 'small tins of fruit' there too and I can't find any anywhere only the little plastic tubs :(. We try our best to put a selection of things in each box to make them varied.

Brother in law is in afghan now so doing him a wee care package, all he asked for was sweets
    SPC #329 £471/£500 banked
