Could really do with some help on this fellow Msers.
I've been well above radar in a certain Mr T and the today I walked past a couple of S.As talkiing about a known troublemaker,pp and dtdr.................they were looking at a photo of me :mad::mad::mad::mad:can they do this???
All advice will be appreciated though I know some may be best not used. TIA
In a word. NO this comes under the Data Pritection act and goes against the CCTV code if conduct. Suggest you have a read of both documents...available online. Unless you are suspected of a crime (which I'm assuming you're not?)
Write HO asking for a copy of all information they/the store or both has on you (including photos). Explain that you have actually seen the photo. Use relevant parts of the docs I mentioned and ask them to explain their actions. You may also want to copy the store manager in on your complaint. I doubt very much whether the photo will be around long enough after that for you to ever get a copy!!
Breach if the DPA will be taken very seriously if you word your query/complaint properly.0 -

Question looking at the ariel voucher off the asda price promise is there any reason to stop you from using it in another store, i.e. Tesco? Cant' see anyhting written in the T's and C's saying it has to be used in Asda.
I know it does not say you can not use it elsewhere. But, it is a Asda instore voucher as in the way it is written. Could be used in Morrisons if they will take them.
On another note anyone could print lots of these if you wanted as all the codes are the same.0 -
