Good grief, I am very impressed with this. We always thought that Tesco had a " no discussion " policy so we have always shrugged our shoulders when things have come back as NA when quite clearly both stores stock well known items.

I will be much more inclined now to email them - the number of times when things like Nutrigrains and Magnums have not matched ..
