Flora buttery 500g on offer in Asda for £1 and inside is a coupon for 50p off Flora cuisine (some sort of oil) also £1 in asda.

After writing this I thought I would search the last thread also and basically I am rewording give or take what silvercar has already mentioned yesterday http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=57067273&postcount=9439

" Flora on offer in Ts £1.70 for the 500g reduced to 2 for £2.

Plus with no mention on the outside, inside on the foil inner lid is a 50p off Flora cuisine (oil) which is currently reduced from £1.98 to 99p. So effectively 49p. "

I haven't looked for them Patty - I'll check when I'm in later on

Actually, let me just check exactly what I am to look for as I always skim past when I see anyone taking about them as it's not something I would normally buy!:rotfl:

I'm more than happy to take one for the team if they don't work as I certainly owe it to the people on here - is it that the individual Snackpots are 10 for £4 in As but compare at 60p each in Sains? Is that right?

    ;)

I had the same problem but it has had a few bugs fixed I think. It was the 6.0.1 or whatever it was that Marty mentioned that I put on. I found with the iPod I bought for my sons birthday it updated with no problems when plugged into the PC.

    I just don't like change:o

Thanks, I'll give it a try later.

    Quick question peeps,
DS is doing shoe boxes for soldiers, one of the items is 'sports socks' are these the trainer socks or the ones like the 4p walking socks?
We're making a few and whilest I don't mind how much I fit in I don't want to spend an absolute fortune on each one :o
I'm making use of the APG fillers for these as my brother in law says these sweets (minus the choc) go down well, he loves the tantastics and flumps! I think most of his box will contain a variety of sweets this time, along with nice coffee.
I'm putting in the oralb toothpaste and a toothbrush in each, a selection of hot and coffee sachets, oxo cubes, mints and other sweets, curry powder and even marmite  in some. I'm trying to make each one a bit different so at leat they're will be someting they'll like? Just to go out today and get a few more different bits and pieces then they'll be ready for tomorrow when they're being picked up :T

yes, buy 10 individual snackpots. 60p each in A's, 10 for £4. You pay £4, but APG ignores mutlidiscount and compares at 60p per pot, against S's 30p per pot. APG gives you £3 + 10% against the £4 you originally paid, making 10 pots for around 70p.
