Speaking of which. Has anyone tried the Thorntons Premium 214g box to see if APG recognises that it is £2.50 in M lately?

My A has sold out of these (every other product seemed to be in stock so I wonder if someone that uses my store knows something I don't)

I tried it on Tuesday and it didn't work.

  • Does anyone have any experience of the T's price promise? I am trying to work out using some vouchers but are unsure if the price promise compares overall recipt price or item on item like A's does. The rules say I have to have 8 different items, including one comparable grocery item and I don't want to mess up by buying veg etc. when I want the price promise to focus on some laundry softener being cheaper at S's. Hope that makes sense. I am using MSM.
    Thankyou in advance
  • hi, i went to my 3 local asda and all had the mt but done had the trigger items at all. i may try abit further.
on the plus side, i took one of my failed shops back and the girl on customer service , refunded my 19.50 instead of 10 back.
so goin to keep my other failed shop back as ive only paid 50p for them.

really wanted a few more bits..
thanks for your help everyone regarding the tigger items xx

It is very much like the apg and compares item for item, yes you need 8 items like the apg but whoopsies seem to count on the pp even tho they are not supposed too
