Just going back for a catchup, and then off to sort him out.MrLala is not best pleased and seriously wanting to make DS pay for his phone to teach him a lesson to be more careful, but I'm just a softie:oActually just had a thought, DS can pay for the extra cover to insure the phone from now on;)

Anyone fancy a Boxing Day red onion chutney to use up all those onion fillers?

Chop 6 largish red onions and cook until soft in butter or olive oli

Add 3 cups of your favourite vinegar or / red wine mix

Ad 3 cups of brown sugar.

Bring to boil and simmer for one and a half hours until all the liquid has evaporated.
Put when hot into 2 sterilised jam jars and try and resist eating until Christmas.

    It will improve with age:)

For variations add garlic or sultanas or chillis:)

It may be covered by your house insurance or if you have an added value bank account ( like lloyds platinum) then that includes mobile phone cover. My dd has lost 2 phones this year and dropped one in a drink!! Also does he have insurance to cover his possessions at uni cause he may be covered there too

oh the last one worked too :D Fandabbydosey :D xx well done.

HAHAHAHA at potato peeler! My husband is like that.. Mind you, in my experience, husbands that buy potato peelers etc. as presents tend to have nothing to hide.. those that lavish expensive gifts on their wives, usually have a reason for it.

    I think it's more that...
"Those that lavish expensive gifts on their wives, sometimes might have a reason for it".

I just have to look at something in a shop and my boyfriend will start trying to buy it for me, i absolutely know matter of factly 100 per cent he is not cheating.

I've had a boyfriend buy me naff all for a birthday present, he was cheating. So could also be said they just don't care about you anymore and can't be bothered to pretend they do. (Not aimed at you in particular). I think its a bit of a horrible comment just after knowing Frail Ericas husband has splashed out on a car for her. Why does there have to be a reason behind it.

    Good morning Everyone :) x
You can't make someone love you. All you can do is
stalk them & hope they panic & give in

God created men first, cause you always makes a rough draft before a masterpiece!
