    Hi all,

Just a little update from me

Haematologist yesterday explained CT scan showed that there is actually more than one mass which would once again tie in with a lymphoma, unfortunately affecting more than one lymph node :(

One of them is pressing against a blood vessel so as of tomorrow i'm starting on blood thinning injections and steroids to help and try and prevent a blood clot and reduce some of the swelling. At least it feels as if we are doing a little something to help whilst we wait for a proper diagnosis.

This morning I had the lung biopsy. It wasn't a pleasant experience but I couldn't fault my care and thankfully all went to plan and they managed to get some good samples for testing. I got home this afternoon after being observed for a while and now just feel a bit tired, battered and bruised. Will take 7-10 days for results as they have to send the samples off to a different hospital. We're hoping for the best but expecting the worst.

Our friends and family have rallied round and we are lucky to have lots of support and offers of practical help :) After a busy week I'm looking forward to a restful weekend spending time with the boys.

Thanks again for all of your support :A

Don't know what to say ............ Enjoy your weekend with your boys and take all the help and support you need and then just add a bit more xxx

    I got trellis :beer::beer:

Over early in C'stown for dd concert tonight for rehearsal. Rather than go home and back for concert later I thought I would just sit on iPad from 530 to 730 when the rest if the family will come over for concert too.

Anyway, about to go on iPad when I thought how stupid am I when there is an A's and I have been wanting to go for days. Never moved so fast, drove to A's and did 2 trellis shops. No idea if I have done them right as I didn't bring lists or anything. Just so excited to have had a chance to try. I got a MT shop and a fingers one. Hopefully they wil be ok. If not, I am sure we can chomp our way through them :D

Thank of for all the info and explanations because without lists it was from memory of discussions that I worked from:beer:

Back in theatre car park waiting for rehearsal to finish so I can catch up on the chat since this afternoon while I wait. Will post apg's when I get them.:)

Are the fingers working again in NI? TIA

Just to let you know my first apg trip for mt and lily ob worked , just printing the vouchers out now .. Thank you to all that have helped me... :j

Jude, I don't think anyone answered your q about the nutrogena earlier? It's a stand alone glitch. Its visibly clear pink grapefruit face wash ( bar code ends 9759) if you have a look back today's posts I'm sure there is a pic. It costs £3 in As and compares to 20p in Waitys. If you are doing a shop use my supermarket to compare prices for stuff that us cheaper/equal prices in waitys. Or have a look for someone's shopping list who has bought it. Type nutrogena in the search thread at the top to look for posts.

I'm not the best explainer but HTH:)

    evening peeps :D

shop at A went well....bought a couple of outfits for the kids and some reduced Peppa Pig boots for DD2...got 4 neutragena, 1 ww, 1 SK, and normal bits like veg.....cost £46.96....handed over my £5 moc...fine...took a deep breath and handed over the £16.16 apg...SA didnt bat an eyelid...but the till decided not to work, so she hammered away at it calling it names :rotfl: and it eventually went through....used the £10 giftcard I bought to top up balance the other day and the WW and SK moc....total to pay £10.83 :)

so worked out that I've spent £34.78 and got lots of 'proper' food (fruit, veg, cereal, yoghurt), vanish, 3 boxes of chocs, 2 outfits and a pair of boots, an apg of about £13 due back......and a partridge in a pear tree :D

speaking of which...Madmuppet...hows the Xmas Number 1 song coming along? :D

I used my £17odd APG tonight as well with no problems, so happy to have it off my hands :o I was going to wait until tomorrow but fatherbear and I did a MT shop each along with a couple of beanz, reloaded and a £12ish APG. When we got back out to the car fatherbear commented on how pleased the young lad on his checkout had been that he had got his shop down to 77p and asked him if he'd like to do his shopping for him  We went back in and fatherbear showed me which checkout to go to and again the young lad was really pleased for me getting a £41 shop down to £6 :j
Has anyone the Neutrogena shows as N/A for when signed in to Mysupermarket bought it and had it compare please?

    Me :D

When you think about it there is so much rubbish on tv.
I know everyone has different tastes and all that but how many shows would you watch 3 episodes a night to get through the series not many. Everything seems to be reality based or win this competition or ageing so called celebs, whilst people spend a fortune keeping someone in:mad:

I know too many of you have things on your mind and it makes me appreciate how lucky we are but when I read the posts I just wish I could put into words what I am feeling for you and your families without saying the wrong thing/making it worse.
If I could I would so dont take it that I do not care. My heart goes out to you all.
I wish you all a good nights sleep and hopefully you wake up feeling a bit better for it.

I watch way too much tv these days compared to my previous life which seems a million miles from where it is now:o

not always easy for people to put into words what they are thinking. But you just did:)

Well I rarely catch up (and therefore post) so think I'll quit while I'm ahead and bid you all good night. Mma Ramotswe beckons!
