Is there an Android version of iCloud so I can back my Galaxy Tab 10.1 to?

What I was for was if I wiped my Tab then I could restore it in a similar way to the way you can restore an iPad or iTouch from iCloud rather than using iTunes.0 -
For files: Dropbox or SpiderOak, both have Android apps available
For mail, calendar and contacts: Use your normal Google account.
For SMS messages and phone call logs: Get the SMS Backup+ app from the Play store. This will back them up into your Google account
For apps: These are restored automatically when you sign into Google from your new (or factory reset) tablet
For app data (eg. your progress in Angry Birds): No really good solution exists unless you want to root your tablet.0 -
I suggest google drive, you are already in the google ecosystem and it integrates well.
Also worth considering are skydrive, dropbox, box.com, sugarsync, spideroak0
