Entrants must submit their entry between 00.01 and 23.59 on either 7 November 2012 or 9 November 2012. Entries received outside of these times will not be valid. Entry time will be determined by the Telegraph’s electronic systems. 5. The winner will be contacted by Friday 16 November 2012. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.

7. One entrant will win a two night full board stay for two at Samburu Intrepids, a two night full board stay for two at Mara Intrepids, entrance to all game drives, a five night half board stay for two in a superior room at Hemingways Watamu, an opportunity for a snorkelling trip to Watamu Marine Park, and transport to and a tour of Malindi town and the Gedi ruins. The prize also includes two economy return flights from Heathrow Airport to Nairobi, all domestic transfers in Kenya and two return flights Wilson to Samburu and two return flights Wilson to Maasai Mara.
8. The prize excludes park fees, marine park fees, entry fee to Gedi ruins, domestic flight tax, visa costs, vaccinations, travel insurance, transfers within the UK and Republic of Ireland and personal expenditure. Winners should be aware that international flights to the prize destination depart from Heathrow airport only.
9. Once notified, the winner must book the prize within four (4) weeks of the date of notification and at least four (4) weeks prior to the date of travel.
10. The prize is valid for travel in the following periods: 01 January 2013 – 28 March 2013, 02 April 2013 – 30 April 2013, 01 September 2013 – 01 November 2013.
11. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure that they and their guest have valid passports and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
