Can anyone recommend a good Landlord's insurance please?

There are many policies out there, but you need to choose the cover you want, eg. you may have a professional tenant in there at the moment, but if they lost their job and were on housing benefit would you insurers still continue the cover?
Things to consider:-
Cover for tenants receiving benefit.
Student lets.
Loss of rent.
Malicious damage by tenant.
Legal expenses to help you if you have gyp with the tenant.0 -
these guys are good I use them for my wind turbine & solar panels. I went for them because they were local but did offer great rates... anyway give them a try.

you could also try simply business... but you have to make sure you have the right cover in place or you may get caught out0
