There are many policies out there, but you need to choose the cover you want, eg. you may have a professional tenant in there at the moment, but if they lost their job and were on housing benefit would you insurers still continue the cover?

    Things to consider:-

    Cover for tenants receiving benefit.
    Student lets.
    Loss of rent.
    Malicious damage by tenant.
Legal expenses to help you if you have gyp with the tenant.
  • these guys are good I use them for my wind turbine & solar panels. I went for them because they were local but did offer great rates... anyway give them a try.

  • you could also try simply business... but you have to make sure you have the right cover in place or you may get caught out
