BACS Payment Queries

  • Similar case for me here. I recently paid for a hot tub on eBay £770 and have had real issues with it since. It was not as described. I paid (foolishly) by BACS and am just putting it out there to see if anyone knows of any way I can claw back a partial refund for some missing parts.????

    Any ideas?

    Bank transfers are non-reversible.

Your only option is small claims, assuming you know the name and postal address of the seller.

If seller is unwilling to help then your only recourse is small claims, assuming you have a geographic address for the seller to serve papers on.
