Similar case for me here. I recently paid for a hot tub on eBay £770 and have had real issues with it since. It was not as described. I paid (foolishly) by BACS and am just putting it out there to see if anyone knows of any way I can claw back a partial refund for some missing parts.????

Bank transfers are non-reversible.
Your only option is small claims, assuming you know the name and postal address of the seller.0 -
