I can't help myself if I see a loyalty card I have got to have it!

Back in 2002/3 I picked up a Tescos card and transferred the points to airmiles, over the years they accumulated and I ended up with 6000+
Last year this changed to Avios and it was suggested that you should use up your airmiles.

I have a cousin in Boston Ma so last July with my airmiles I went to visit her and had a wonderful time. I could not have afforded to go if I hadn't had the loyalty card

Hi, I collect airmiles too and manged to get 2 free flights to Newyork, paid some towards hotel, the hotel cost me in money 250 pounds and the rest I got a case of 12 wines. When they changed to avios I was disapointed due to having to pay tax and fees but I got more avios back from a cruise I did last year so Ive used them towards a flight to Chicago next year. Its saved me 300 pounds each. Even though Avios is not as good I'm still collecting from my credit card.
