Computor has trouble starting up.

Hi

As the title suggests my GF computor has trouble start up, on some attempts it takes 10 times to get it going. I've run a virus check and it says it clean so after that am non the wiser on computors.

Can anyone suggest why it might be doing this, it's only about 18 months old as well. I was made by a company known as Q-tech and she bought via a catalogue company.

    then
    sfc scannow (for windows/dll's missing)

  • Go to start >>>>>> click on run, and then type cmd and click ok
You should now have the black command prompt box on the screen.

July 2016 - Annual family pass to English Heritage
August 2016 - overnight spa break with dinner and breakfast for two
    September - BBQ toolbox
  • By 10 times to start do you mean it starts and locks up on say the windows start screen or half powers up and stops showing nothing on the screen?

if its the latter and if q-tech made some of the parts then the first point of call could probably be the psu as their psus are cheap and prone to failure.
