Hi folks

I have a Yahoo email account and it seems that I am not receiving some of the emails sent by my friends/colleagues etc.

Can you be kind enough to advice what I need to do in order to make sure I receive all emails?

Thanks in advance for your response.

    First check your junk/spam mail.
is it only from one person your not getting emails ?
make sure the problem isn't at their end (try tests with another email account)
are they sending attachments, are they too big ?
Press any other key to continue.

    Hi MadTechie

Thanks for your reply. It seems as though I am not receiving emails from more than one person.

I have checked my junk/spam box and my contacts are just trying to send plain text - no attachments.
