'We Buy Any House' type companies

Anyone have any experience of these "We Buy Your House" companies? I know they don't give you anywhere near the market price, but I'd be interested to know of anyones experiences (or indeed Martin's thoughts on them!)

Its worth doing a search on the forum for questions like this. The exact same question was asked just this morning....
The answer, as always, is dont. They companies are barely legal and they dont care much about who's lives they destroy for a profit.Debt Free! Long road, but we did it
