Windows Media Player track titles

All my track titles are messed up, either it's the same artist, same album but all the track names are messed up (example i'm listening to Beverly Hills by Weezer but the title displayed is This is Such a Pity by the same band) or i get double track names, like for one Muse album i have 11 tracks but only 7 titles as 6 tracks have the same title as the track after. I know this will have been caused by my recent actions but am looking for a solution. the recent actions i talk of were moving a folder that contained about 300 songs from one partition of the hard drive to another so i had to add all the tracks again by adding folder as the tracks couldn't be found, laptop PSU decided to have a sleep half way through transfer which may have also caused this. Wondering if there is a solution that doesn't involve individually renaming all affected tracks or clearing the entire music and adding all again(i have thousands of songs in various locations about the hard drive so this would be even more time consuming and if i do an add by searching computer it will add every sound file from everywhere like in game effects etc.
