got mine yesterday ,my top lip is smooth as a babies bottom ........
Earnings £245 in 2014:T thanks to swagbucks
  • Phew! I'm glad it's working okay for you, I felt a bit guilty after reading the cautionary tales on here that maybe it only worked for me and was going to injure you all:D (Though no method works for everyone to be fair.)

For top lip fuzz I find it hurts less if you press into your skin as you go, being a bit tentative and hovering it lightly seems to cause more of a sting, probably because the wand has less to grab onto.

Mine came yesterday - had a quick try - OUCH!! - going to try after a shower and she is any easier lol! But still will be better than getting burns from the creams.

  • Mine arrived yesterday to though I haven't used it yet. I'll need to pick a day I'm less likely to be seeing anyone in case my face is bright red after use :)

  • mine arrived yesterday too and as i had no plans to go out i used it !!! it does hurt a little but im guessing it will get easier over time !!! and where i usually come up with a rash/spots for at least 24 hours after using cream - i did not with this - slightly red for no more than an hour but nowhere near as noticeable as with other treatments. Just shocked how long these have been on the market for without me previously hearing about it thanks so much for posting !!!!
  • Thx a lot it's easy to use

I paid a tenner (ouch) for one of these a few years ago. I wouldn't recommend them, but for the price it's worth a try for those who enjoy pain. Mine gave me spots too, which I'd never had in my life! I'll second the epilator that I got free off here for testing it :D

Mine arrived yesterday and I love it. The cost of an upper lip threading is around £5 so it's paid for itself already.
It's all about getting the technique down.

  • Just ordered one - thanks! Even the Nair sensitive lotion will burn me at times (depending on how cooperative my skin decides to be!) so I'm looking forward to giving it a go.
