i have had one for a while now. it is ouch but works ok. not good for eyebrows as you cant judge the shape , good for the middle bit though.
hurts on your lip but if you push your tongue into your lip to make the skin firmer it helps.
happy plucking

I just ordered one. I used to use one but broke it by stretching the spring at both ends to get the hairs off it and the coils ended up too loose - do not do this! Bend it in a U-shape to get the hairs out of the spring instead.
I won't lie, it does hurt on the lip, but I found using it after a hot bath the hairs seemed to pull out easier. And rolling it as quickly as you can decreases the pain as well. (I wonder if putting bonjela on the hairy area would deaden it a little too?)
It's like threading, pulling out many hairs in one go is sore, but nowhere near as bad as plucking them individually (especially when the tweezers don't grip or break the hair instead of pulling it out!). And don't talk to me about creams, they leave my skin burnt but the hair intact!Public appearances now involve clothing. Sorry, it's part of my bail conditions.0 -
Gonna order one for my mum as she's too scared to use the epilator herself and has to wait for me to visit!! lol

I use an epilator after years of bleaching, creams, waxing, plucking, laser and all sorts.
EDIT:
Crikey! Just got an email to say it's been dispatched!!!!

I'm looking to order one for my wife as she has mentioned them in the past. Who did you get yours from? Can you post a link please?0 -
Thanks! I'm tired of using creams (oh the pains of PCOS) on my face so I hope this will work.

Just a note of warning: I tried one of these a while ago and came up in loads of paiful red bumps which then turned into huge, yellow headed spots. It took two weeks of TCP and Germolene to get them to go down; so if you have sensitive skin, I advise doing a really small test patch first and not your whole upper lip like I did
