Started the credit file cleanup!
I've started it!
I checked my credit file for the last 2 months to check if any of the creditors on there successfully updated! Only 2 did! Luckily though there are debts from my DRO that aren't even on the credit file! So I had 3 to deal with!
1.Lowell
2.Halifax
3.Alexander James
So I bypassed the letter to customer services etc and went straight for emailing the CEO, with the template on MSE, and of course this was free too!
I thought Lowell would be one to kick up a fuss after previous experience with them, but they 1st replied that same day, to say they were investigating and would get back to me, followed the next day with a resolution email stating their apologies and stating they have updated the CRA's! Result :T
Im yet to hear a reply from both Halifax and Alexander James but the e-mail letter did state they have 28 days so....Ill update when I hear!

Can i just ask what it was they had put on your credit file, and were the entries valid?
Were you disputing something which was put on in error.
Thanks
