Is any info stored in RAM or the processor of my old desktop.

The BIOS data is stored in memory on the motherboard. This is system data, not yours.
The RAM memory is cleared out every time you switch on and off or reboot. Nothing is permanently stored there
All your data is on the Hard Drive0 -

RAM is cleared every time you switch the machine off and the processor doesn't store this type of info.
What have you done with the old hard-drive?:wall: Flagellation, necrophilia and bestiality - Am I flogging a dead horse? :wall:

I normally drill holes through unwanted harddrives - with a black and decker - This makes data hard to recover !!!0
