Scottish Power - so annoying

Just to update, i had an email reply from the online complaints team.
They were very helpful, and gave a lengthy email detailing energy consumption and the different tariff's and payment options available to me.
I called back to clarify bits and they were very nice and helpful people
Err...didn't you ask them to explain about your 'annual review' date and explain how a November 1 post reading credit balance of £132 is inadequate?0 -
I only just realised I did specifically ask for the review date but it was not given in the reply.
They confirmed the computer will not take into account warm home rebate payments when working out direct debit payments.
I have a refund on its way for the credit amount.
I was offered and am considering a variable direct debit scheme, where meter readings must be entered online anytime up to a max of 90 days from the previous bill. Once the readings are entered an accurate bill will be generated and this amount taken via direct debit. This seemed like a better option for me, to avoid any further over payments0
