boiler makes a squeaking noise

I have a Chaffoteaux & Maury - Britony combi boiler installed. When I run the hot water everything is fine but when I turn on the central heating, after a while the boiler starts making a squeaking noise. Does the boiler just need a repair / service or would you say I need to now replace it? My preference is to have it repaired if possible. Please advise, thanks.

A 'squeak' hardly warrants a new boiler! If with CH only on then possibly the pump. If it's due for a service anyway get them to look at the problem then.No free lunch, and no free laptop
