Rant following.

Tonight has not been good.

Buyer purchased 2 items. Items have not turned up. We replied to their previous email 10 minutes after the buyer sent it.

A case has now been opened on each item. 1st case was opened 9.51pm - we replied at 9.52, 2nd case opened at 9.53.

Buyer replied at 9.59 saying she has now found our original reply and very sorry for opening the cases. That's our record she's hitting...HARD.

This came 2 hours after a customer had a good whinge that we'd delivered 10 bags of builders merchandise to her with 5 more to follow it seems. Our label, our barcode on the package.

I get she's hacked off, but she doesn't seem to accept that a small box left us with that label on it. Don't know what on earth has happened, but she doesn't seem to appreciate that nothing can be done until the couriers are about to pick up the phone.

Grrr. Off to bed now as I'm grumpy. :o Thanks for reading - feel better now :D
