  • Hi All

Please could someone help me out? i sent the letter to abbey asking for my last six years statements, but all they sent me was last years 06.
the letter was sent on the 27th feb 07, and i received a letter saying "sorry to hear you have a complaint". They have cashed the £10 cheque on the 7th march but i have not heard a thing since:confused:
The statements for 06 add up to over £600.00 in charges, and that was a good year:o
What would be my next steps, and how long does abbey take dragging their heels?
    paul.

Have you read the neutral feedback - if you complain the ittem is too small - she replies - perhaps you're bigger than you think!!

She reminds me of happytiddy (alas, sadly now naru, and photos no longer viewable) except that hapytiddy was far, far worse.
That is exactly what I was thinking! It looks just like her.

There's some pictures of that on uglydress.com in case the image isn't still burned into your memory.:rotfl:

I think the OP should change the title *for adult eyes only*, if I was a kid and saw those pics I would be scarred for life.
