AXA PPP Insurance - Reputable or not?

Thanks, contact your senior relationship managers and they would find the case for you.
I will never want to deal with AXA again and find those systematic problems not only unprofessional, but serious. I don't expect any more than platitudes, and have had enough experience to judge also.

I think I am slightly relieved to see that I'm not the only one who has had seriously bad experiences with AXA to the point that I now believe it is not a product of bad management but a scam!
I filed two medical claims over the course of a whole year and, two months later I have had no response. I have an international health insurance because I work abroad and have had to spend lots of money on international phone calls speaking to AXA representatives who repeatedly all tell me they will look into my case. I have told them I want to cancel my insurance because the insurance and the phone bills (not taking into account the time wasted!) now costs me more than the medical claims themselves and they haven't told me how I can cancel the insurance! They always say they will send me the information through the message box and they never do... I am going absolutely mad! I also tried to cancel the payments directly with my bank but they told me they cannot do it because they charge my card (so I would have to cancel my card - which, working abroad, is a pain in the * to get replaced). I am TRULY on the verge of tears. Since I saw that a response was provided through here, I thought I'd try this instead.
What do I do?! I want my money back from my medical claims (as I am entitled to it in accordance with the terms of my insurance) and I want to cancel it right away! I don't want anything else to do with AXA...
