"Multi Car" Policies & NCDs...???

The wife & i used to have a multi car policy, but we found that as i was the main policy holder, i was racking up NCDs, whereas she was racking up only Admiral NCDs - only to be used within Admiral.

We figured if Admiral went bust or if we wanted to move for whatever reason, then that'd be a bad move for her - she'd be starting out all over again. So we cancelled & went solo.

I've since heard of people racking up their own NCDs with Admiral multi-car so i'm wondering if they changed their T&Cs?!

So, if we take out a multi car policy, can we both rack up NCDs that we could take elsewhere in the future?

If you both had a policy one in each name then she would earn no claims properly.

I assume both policies were in your name. So she was a named driver.
