Uponor underfloor heating controls

Hi
A bit desperate here as no underfloor heating working. An engineer is coming but can't manage until next week as very busy. We think the problem is our inability to understand the controls.
We have looked on the web and at youtube clips but still not clear how to work the radio control. We think we have changed something in this and that is what the problem is.
Any advice that is helpful is very welcome.
