I've just posted a thread in consumer rights regarding Zulily.

I'd like to add a warning here to anyone thinking of using them.
They sent badly packaged fragile items and refused to acknowledge they were to blame when they arrived broken. To make matters worse, they resent the entire order without my consent and the same items were again broken. I now have to send all items back (including duplicates which weren't damaged) at my expense ~£15 per parcel and wait to see if they will refund.
Avoid this awful, awful company!! I am so upset. :mad:
